Bill + Gizmodo = What?
Is it me? This interview with Bill Gates on Gizmodo is very bizarre. My take away is that Bill seems somewhat confused about blogging. I guess he hasn't seen the profit possibility and therefore isn't really getting the value/importance message. Very strange.KM
Been way busy on pre-release tasks for some CRM related initiative. Some very crucial de-duplication going on. No matter how much time you spend automating, there are some things that require the personal attention of the subject matter experts. And that's where we are... Tedious but necessary. Crossroads Dispatches: Tsunami Help Campaign
Evelyn was there. Kevin Sites was there. Incredible stuff. Give.We spent the new years quietly, CNN had a halfway decent program on with images and narratives from survivors and aid workers. No talking heads. That was the best coverage I've seen so far.
The scale of this tragedy is so difficult to comprehend. I've been reading a lot of the blogger accounts. I'm proud that people are making their voice heard via the blogs. It's important. I've also checked in with some bulletin boards frequented by cruising sailors.
If I learned one thing from 9/11, there is no way that television news can present an accurate picture of what happened/is happening.
